Welcome to our 1Br 1 Ba Ocean View Condo on a 13 acres of green and lush Ocean Front Family Friendly Papakea OCEAN FRONT Resort on world famous North Kaanapalli beach, also known as the quiet Beach.

From this Ocean View condo you can enjoy the sights and sounds of blue pacific ocean from kitchen, living room and of course from the lanai without breaking the bank-truly a champagne vacation on beer budget when you compare guest review and our rates for a fully remodeled condo. Just look at those photos and guest reviews.

This unit is accessible by stairs and elevators. It has brand new AC and two fans (one in living room and one in bedroom). If you rather listen to the ocean waves and not the AC, let the trade winds be your AC – Just open the lanai sliding glass door – especially when you go to bed and let the ocean waves lull you to fall asleep.

The unit also has flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom. There is also a Blue Ray/DVD Player. The couch is a pull out queen sofa bed. Miscellaneous items like FOUR beach chairs, FOUR beach towels, putters and golf balls, HAIR DRYER, etc are also in the unit. There are washer and dryer in the unit. So you can pack light.

And the kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle and all the kitchen appliances. And Farmers market and grocery store are just across the street from the resort if you did not do your shopping at Costco by the airport. And there are several restaurants across the street if your rather go out to eat. Also, there are many world famous restaurants in Maui, within 10 minutes of driving from this resort.

Wired and wireless internet access and parking are offered free.

From this condo, you are less than 100 feet Ocean, two swimming pools, two hot jet spas, two cabanas and two 12 hole putting greens. There are 6 BBQ gas grills around each swimming pool (I have never seen anyone waiting for grill). Free fitness classes and activities including swimmer-size and Yoga classes are also available.

Two of the THREE tennis courts are also be stripped for pickle ball, basketball and badminton.

ADDITIONAL $15/night PER PERSON OVER TWO ADULTS.

RESORT OR FACILITIES FEE BY PAPAKEA RESORT (TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO RESORT AND NOT TO ME)

Like all resorts in West Maui, Papakea Resort collects a $17/night resort fee to cover parking, water aerobics, Yoga, pool/hot tub access, shuffleboard, cable TV, and Internet access etc. This fee is paid to the front desk at checkout for the first 10 days of your stay, per month (Maximum $170 for each month of stay).

Although nobody likes additional fees, including the owners since they must also pay the same $17/night resort fee, many of the other resorts in West Maui are in the $20 – $31/day range. So Papakea is below the average rate in this regard.
